Another extension and complete renovation by Craig Cooper Builders, from the front fence to the back yard, including a pool refurbishment.
Starting with demolition, the client requested we remove the old terracotta tiles from the downstairs area and replace with Hybrid timber floating floor for a more sophisticated look. Whilst the upstairs of the property already had hard wood floorboards, our team sanded and resealed for a more elegant and high-end appeal, including the existing hard wood staircase. The client requested we dig out underneath toward the back of the property and added rooms including an oversized store room.
The back of the house was extended to create a palatial main bedroom with walk in robe and oversized ensuite, also giving us the ability to add a butler’s pantry as this is now where the previous main bedroom was located. The rear deck extended out from the kitchen creates a spacious outdoor living area. Downstairs the fourth bedroom, laundry area, and oversized store room is all new as is the outdoor areas outside two of the ground floor bedrooms.
Feature walls in both downstairs bathroom and ensuite upstairs, adds a Hampton’s style throughout. The pool deck refurbishment with the inclusion of glass balustrading enhances the overall backyard, plus some added landscaping to both front and back. Extension of a new front carport, including automatic gate with lock up and a designer panel lift door from Steel-Line Garage Doors and hideaway for bins. Entire house painting, interior and exterior with all glass products supplied by Northern Blinds, and Blinds throughout supplied by Luxaflex.
“This house is one of my favourites that I’ve done and it come up beautiful” says Craig.
