Craig Cooper Builders was contracted to build a one bedroom home with all the luxuries in it on this beautiful acreage in Little Mulgrave. The acreage property has been owned by our clients for some time, they already had their sheds on the property and just wanted to add a small living space just for them as they don’t have any little kids, so the brief was that this needed to be their little piece of paradise.
